Dawn Sanders
Dawn has been leading, recruiting, coaching, managing, developing and mentoring the holistic and wellbeing needs of Olympic and Paralympic athletes, staff, sports and cultures for the last twenty years; ensuring that the needs of the person are being met, to enable them to perform on the world stage.
Dawn leads the Futures Programme for the English Institute of Sport, ensuring that developing a person’s purpose, meaning and identity is at the heart of the support provided to athletes as they transition or retire from elite sport. Dawn now uses these experiences to help individuals and businesses create sustainable wellbeing practices to ensure people can thrive in the workplace.
