Welcome to our newest team member!
We’re super excited to announce that we’ve added another fabulous new person to the Psychology Works team. Claire Lish is a phenomenal Business Psychologist, former HR Director (and former client!).
In a wonderful 180 switch situation, Claire is swapping from client to collaborator! As the former HR Director for Pepper Advantage, Claire was one of our first Wellbeing Audit clients, using our Better@Work model – a project which also made finalist in the 2022 Association for Business Psychology Awards.
As a highly qualified and experienced HR practitioner, as well as Chartered Occupational Psychologist (not to mention a Fellow of both the CIPD and ABP), we are super excited to have Claire on board!
By way of introduction, here’s a little bit more about Claire…
What’s her niche - A Business Psychologist, Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology, and Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
Claire brings a sound background in group and cross-country business transformation, organisational development, HR leadership, shared services, and board level strategy, leveraging 20 years of experience across the field of people management and development at multi-site organisations which have grown fast through a series of mergers and acquisitions.
Renowned for her pragmatic and hands on approach with an eye on both positive culture and the bottom line, Claire is highly competent in implementing services, policies, restructuring and change initiatives.
Additionally serving as INED of a Sports National Governing Body and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for a Housing Association, and as a trustee for a performing arts school charitable foundation.

Judo – but not the doing….the delivery! Claire is the founder and manager of North Norfolk Judo Club, a not-for-profit community club, and can often be found spending her weekends cheering for her young members competing at sports centres up and down the country
With a unique insight and skill set that brings together both her Business Psychology expertise, and deep understanding of HR, we are thoroughly excited to have Claire as part of our Psychology Works team. We decided early on that we only wanted to work with fantastic people, and she definitely fits the bill.
